DESCRIPTION

• Full (40 hours per week) or part-time (25 hours per week or less)

THE JOB

• Get to know each dog’s unique traits and preferences while delivering personalized care and attention tailored to their needs

• Oversee and engage with our canine guests during group activity, monitoring their level of play and ensuring their safety and well-being

• Follow the introduction and handling instructions provided by management

• Feed meals prepared by the front office and administer medications as directed, monitor food and water intake and document eating habits

• Keep the play and sleeping areas clean, sanitized and well-maintained

• Capture photos and videos for use in social posts and owner updates

• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team

REQUIRED

• Must love dogs and people!

• Motivated, trustworthy, and punctual

• Working well with others in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills, paying close attention to detail

• Ability to problem solve and work independently as well as within a team

• Willingness to learn and adhere to our high standards of care, safety and cleanliness

• Patience when dealing with dogs, customers and teammates

• Comfortable and confident working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments

• Physical activity, able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Available and willing to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays

• Dependable transportation and availability to work in all weather conditions
